Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. fepanil 120 to the baby u xFever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees

repeat the dosage after every 4 to 5 hours.
if the fever occurs after two days even after giving medicine then consult with your pediatrician.
keep the baby well hydrated.
