Two month old baby boy is leaking saliva from corner of his mouth !

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 2 months old and he is drooling from his angle of mouth so mostly he is having a mouth ulcers or stomatitis and needs vitamin supplements
