Twin Baby is given the MMR vaccination in two places thigh and hand....one has fever and crying....other is fine... Is it normal?

A. Hello, your twin babies are 16 months old and they have received mmr vaccination and one is crying and has a fever so not the other so mostly thigh infection is good
