A. Hi Mom, Hairfall after delivery is common and nothing to worry about that. Maintain healthy and balanced diet. Add more iron rich foods into your daily diet. Be gentle while combing your hair. Use mild shampoos for hair wash. Do not use hot water for your hair. Do not use blowers. Use essential hair oil for your hair and massage it on daily basis. Thank you.
