ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. around 20 minutes.. feed as often as they seem hungry or want comforted, offer more breastfeeds, feed from both breasts at each breastfeed.

it should be 20 minutes on each breast.
because breastmilk contains hind milk and fore milk.
hind milk is rich with fat and it helps in Healthy weight gain of child so , please feed your child on each breast atleast 20 minutes so he or she can get full fat hindmilk well.
