Today my daughter turned 6 months old which food i can start nd in which quantity

A. You can start with fruits, veggies, porridge made of ragi, rice etc. Also ghee can be added a drop of it to provide healthy fat. for more please refer to the guide on your baby's first 75 recipes and diet charts.
