today my baby taken MMR 1 injection now he developed fever which was 102 F can I give paracetamol suspension for him

A. yes you can repeat 3 to 4 times a day for 1 hour 2 days it will subside Fever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
