Today my baby got vaccine penta- 2 which is given in 2 and half month? after that he had fever? what's should I do please suggest?

A. fever is common in DPT vaccination you can give paracetamol to the baby and can be repeated every 6 hours if again the fever is coming also apply some ice fomentation if there is pain
