tiny red spots in baby poop in 4 month baby and some time poop like some wat foam

Look in this age as we know that kids are only dependent on the milk as the red spots are there then that’s definitely blood and then can be associated with stomach infection so it would be advisable for you to kindly check with your doctor and they’ll be able to help you and advise with the right treatment for the child
