Till now my 4 month old baby was being given vitamins and calcium medicine, now that is finished, so what should I give now?

breastfeeding and natural source of vitamin D - sunlight exposure for 20 minutes on daily basis is best.
so ,please breastfeed your baby more
and give apt sunlight everyday
