this week sunday night till and Tuesday noon she had fever with evey four or five hour gap. Tuesday night she was sweating while sleeping. then on Wednesday the whole day I checked her temp was normal. but at Wednesday night only once she got again fever by 99.6, we gave zydol syrup . what is the reason of only fever.

A. ok see. fever can be because of different reasons most of the times viral bacterial sometimes due to less immunity there can be recurrence better to treat only with paracetamol if the fever more than 100degrees
