this type of pimples on my baby stomach... is it serious or infection??

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. Im not able to see any pictures so it’s better to get it assessed personally with a doctor then only correct treatment for the same .. and without seeing a picture I’ll not b able to give u any guidance for this
