This is my 2 year old baby leg at bottom It was like this it looks like dry but no itching or redness or swelling

A. Could be due to some kind of an allergy currently if you want you can apply calamine lotion which would be a great choice but if required please feel free to visit your doctor for further assistance I’m suggesting is going to help in reducing dryness and the issue that
