this is may be my 9wk running. am feeling very discomfort to sleep on sides. having total body ache. can I sleep on my back. during my first trimester.

A. Hello my dear! Ideally, it is good to sleep on the left side. But for now, maybe you can just comfortable by lying on the back. I still advise you to get in touch with your doctor for further guidance in this matter. Good luck and take care.
