Q.

this has happened for the first time, while breastfeeding my breasts ran out of milk. I'm worried. why is it happening?

A. Dont worry it happens and is quite normal. Dont feed on one side the whole time. if your baby takes long to feed keep switching sides every 5 minutes.That way the flow will be even.The first few months these are bound to happen just include foods in your diet that will help to increase the flow.Also the more sucking the more milk.
