This appeared on my son’s finger ..earlier the finger was with red swelling and now this water blister. Not sure what is this Could someone help with understanding it

It is basically associated with the skin getting want how do you see that the bubble comes when the skin gets burned it is looking like so please consult your doctor as of now if you want you can apply TBACT ointment which is what is going to be helpful
