there are small white dots on my baby's face, forehead, leg and back neck. What is this? is it any vitamin deficiency?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. neonatal milia affects infants and causes white cysts to form on a baby's skin, most often on or around their nose. this type of milia is present atx birth.
treatment isn’t necessary because milia are harmless and go away on their own. the condition usually only lasts a few weeks. z

could be .
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning but not under cloudy sky
give her supplements as suggested by your doctor
please breaatfeed her well
don't use demineralised water for drinking (mom)
massage with Babyhug coconut oil
once please consult your doctor
