The 3-year-old baby's tooth has become loose while playing and is moving out of its position. What should be done?

A. Can be done it is actually eventually going to fall out on its own only when it is going to become loose from the gums and then you will come when it has to come so right now if you want you can consult your doctor for further assistance but if it has become loose nothing can be done nothing about it
