Apply virgin coconut oil and leave ,do normal water bath.
Check if baby had introduced any new item whether diary products,nuts or egg ,pea nuts ,any vegetable,se foods because some might have allergic reactions with few food items.
Check with physician if you observe itching increasing or spreading to all over body.
