RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. Keep an ice cube or ice pack onto that area after that you can apply Thermophob onto the affected area do it twice or thrice so sweaty swelling is going to settle down with this ice sponging as well as the tube that I’m suggesting you to apply
