suggest for remedy for frequent loosemotion of a 6yr kid.

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fevher and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which neebds antibiotics treatment

Neetu completely stop giving milk as of now and you can go ahead with giving Entrogermina to your child to times in the day further more I would also recommend you to kindly get it checked with your doctor because there could be various reasons behind the doctor would be able to help you diagnose the reason and medication would be suggested accordingly
