A. Hello! Giving it regularly without consulting the doctor might not be a right solution for this. It is invisible to increase the liquid and fibre intake of the child. Bananas and apples are good for digestion and reducing constipation. If your child is okay, then, maybe you can also give coconut water. Check with your doctor to guide you further.
