so fluids in form of water, ORS, coconut water, fresh fruit juices, vegetable soups etc ,
also offer seasonal fruits , food should be easy to digest and only as much they can take comfortably without been forced,
such as idli, upma, kichidi, curd rice, buttermilk, dalia etc

This could probably be due to your stomach infection or so as the infection will start subside and things are going to be better but currently I would recommend you to give more of liquid based diet to the child include soups fruit juices lemonade buttermilk coconut water these things are going to be strength and will meet up to the health and appetite of the child
