A. you can give paracetamol to the child when the temperature is 100 or more in the armpit of the child. paracetamol can be repeated maximum 4 times per day and also do body sponge and give plenty of zfluids to drink to prevent dehydration. higher medicines like ibugesic or meftal p is advised by the doctor if required. keep the child in cool environment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever x
