stool with blood and mucus frequently.. please suggest remedy and possible cause

Your child is suffering with a stomach infection which is why the motion has blood over mucus blood is actually one of the biggest reasons which can be 100% indication of your child having a stomach infection for which a course of antibiotics would be recommended by your doctor
