Q.

Stool test report of my baby is having positive occult blood as well as RBC - occasional. Passing blood in stool for past few days. Taking medicines and antibiotics but no positive response. Please suggest. I am afraid. What to do..

A. blood in stool is not normal. continue giving medication as per doctor's advice it may need 7 to 10 days to get proper results so don't get panic and have follow up with your doctor

Q. My baby has loose motions with mucus n blood, Fever, Stool occult blood was positive...we went to Doctor and he suggested antibiotics, ZnD, enterogermina for 5 days. After the treatment Fever settled down,But passing stools 4-5 times without blood and mucus. We repeated the Stool examination it says RBC absent. But stool occult blood Positive. anyone faced this kind of issue, please help.
