son is 2yrs 8 months he repeats 2 time like papa mere mere paas car hai , abhi abhi hum nahayenge,humko humko abhi khana khana hai,papa papa humko ghumano le chalo, please guide any one

Ma’am you have to correct your child to make your child understand that one thing is meant to be said once only some kids have this habit which is normal for them but you just have to keep correcting your child with regular counselling and correction things are going to get better over the period
