if you are asking for your self ,first thing I want to clear that as it happens because of Hormonal changes ,it alright by the time ,no need to worry about it much.
although here I suggest some remedies which can help to cure it faster :
You can apply pure aloe vera gel on your face.
or you can gently rub fruits pulp on your face twice in week.
keep your body well hydrated.
avoid using any cosmetics.
take adequate sleep.
