Q.
small red spots are on Dhairya's body. there is no itchiness and it's not mosquito bite. but these red spots are all over body. Why and what is the remedy on this spots...?

anti allergic medicines has to be given to the child and you have to find the cause of allergyd
do not give any type of food and do not apply any type of powder or lotion which might aggravate this allergy
kindly give dplenty of fluids to the child and then meet your doctor for examination
