small red pimples on tounge of my baby what are the reason for this

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. It Would be ulcers or blisters but it’s better that you get a check with your Doctor ones because without proper check up it would be very difficult to comment on mostly in the mouth you will see kids do have blisters all answers because of heat in the body but it’s better to take a medical guidance for that
