A. this appears to be some type of allergy. anti allergic medicines has to be given to the child and you have to find the cause of allergy do not give any type of food and do not apply any type of powder or lotion which might aggravate this allergy kindly give plenty of fluids to the child and then meet your doctor for examination whenever you are taking any medicine which has been given by your doctor you have to wait and watch for three days and follow the instructions given by the doctor and if there is no improvement after three days then take a follow up. so kindly take a follow up with your doctor who will tell you whether any change in medicine or any other investigation isz needed or not .
