Left side right side on on the backside basically the point over here is that you should keep changing the side of the child one time you make it right then you make it left and then you make it back and then again right and so on because when you keep switching the positions of the child ahead is going to be in its original shape otherwise if you switch to one side it’s going to become flat over the period from one side
