Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. not recommended by doctor at all. Breastfeeding is considered the best source of natural immunity and also all the antibodies to a newborn baby . Doctor s don't recommend formula milk as it is not required at all . exclusive breastfeeding is the best for good immunity and baby health , reduces colic and gas issues and helps in the overall brain development of the baby. No water , ghutti or honey or any other syp is given till 6 months of age .

at the beginning diluting..
or you give amul milk or mother dairy milk or any local dairy..
avoid formula milk..
