sir or Ma'am plz guide if I can start some milk formula like lactogen for my 21 days old baby ....and which will the best formula for the baby ..lactogen or nan pro or any other brand ?? and when can I start feeding baby this formula ....I m asking this question as mother's milk is not sufficient and baby is demanding more

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear parent, there is no need to start giving formula. You should continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete. Breast milk is most nutritious, safe and complete food for baby. The more you breastfeed more will be the milk supply. So, ensure that baby is exclusively breastfed. Breastfeed on demand.
Foods like methi, green leafy vegetables, tree gum or gond, dill leaves or shepu, garden cress seeds, saunth, garlic intake can increase the milk supply.
