Q.

sir my son of age 18months he is not speaking sometimes he speak only AMA tatha mama only what to do to talk all words please suggest.

A. you should not worry as you can wait till 3 years of age of the child to speak in complete sentences clearly and fluently if its not so then consult doctor.till that, time keep interacting as much as possible and involve the child in language enhancing activities using lbaudiovisual aids too. dont worry if other milestones are normal this will also be achieved in time at times it may get delayed..there are variations in children by age for this. . .
