sir my son is 9 months old and his weight is just 7 kg I have twin babies I have attached all prescription . he has dry cough from around two months. kindly suggest medicine.

sorry but I can't find any attachment
but as you have mentioned that your child has dry cough problem, please breast feed your child as per his or her needs.
keep your child hydrated
give Luke warm water with pinch of salt and two drops of ghee in 2 tbsp quantity every 4 hours.
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene
