Is your child making an eye contact or responding to which name and all because if your child is doing everything then there is no problem but if your child is constantly shaking his head and saying headache then there may be some problem that your child is facing in the head you know some irritation or something which is why your child is shaking his head I think it’s better to take an assessment with your doctor once
