sir my son 10 years old he had fever with headache imoplus tablet is taken or not sir .he was hole in heart operated in 6 month baby.now he is 10 years old tablet is taken or not

better to give him tab paracetomol, than this one..
you may guve haof tab of tab crocine for time being.
and offer lors of fluids.
