Sir my milk is not generating to that amount which my baby is required in every two hours ...what should I do...should I give milk powder or can I take some milk to generate mother'smilk ...kindly suggest

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. You can try taking Shatavari powder that is going to be helpful you should take it at least three times in the day for better increment of your lactation it’s very healthy to be used so I would recommend you to take that
