sir my daughter is 7 months and 9 day old. having like this on foot and leg. and fever was 99.5

It is some kind of a pimple that is happening so I suggest you to get a check with your paediatrician because this where would be difficult for me also to find out what exactly is the problem so it is better to get it checked check then go ahead as per your suggestion of your doctor only
