sir,my boy has got stitches on his forehead.but uske pus ho gya h toh stitches kholne pade and once pus cleaned. wapas kuch white white h uske wound mai,but doctor said k ye pus nhi h this is normal something in his skin because vo white chiz nikal nhi rhi thi clean krne p bhi.. is it normal? please help sir
