sir my baby is 2 years and 4 months old he is repeating my all questions and words but didn't give answer of that

A. That’s okay could do not have proper knowledge about the responding to your questions as of now so they will repeat your questions only you have to teach your child to respond in terms of answer when you are asking a question then you say that this is the answer say what is your name so you are supposed to say my name is this that is how slow to the child is going to learn

He is unable to engage in normal conversation instead repeats whatever I say him most of the time. He is unable to answer to "how" and "when" questions. How can I improve it?
