sir my baby is 10 month old and she is suffering from fever and cough. I have given a paracetamol drop and nasal drop for cough but she is not feeling well and her fever also not going. sir... pls suggest me what should I do for my baby... I m living in a rural area there is no pediatricians are available near to me..

A. flucold syrup trscold and cough in the baby is due to viral infection sometimes can be allergies please give steam inhalation to liquefy the secretions saline drops in the nose for congestion nose
