Sir my baby having red rashes on face skin both side please guide

A. Use Cetaphil lotion regularly on to the area where your child has got rashes slowly gradually over the passing time the rashes are going to subside but as of now this is going to really help in making them light and slowly they will subside apply two times in a day at least
