Sir my baby girl 3 months complete weight 4 kg , only, I see very small girl she is take a well feeding, but not weight gain pls your advice?

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy1 Year agoA. Hai good evening !! Generally babies gain 400-900 gm per month ,by 5-6 months they double their birth weight.
What was baby birth weight ?? Check if baby gained ideal weight range or not ...
According to age baby weight is ok dont worry,give breast feed or formula feed exclusively every two hours.
Massage well it helps in muscle strengthening and induce to good sleep of 13-18 hours a day.
