sir, my baby could not be in a deep sleep, when ever he tries to get in a deep sleep he would startle first, and then he would go back to sleep and would probably wake up after haf and hour and then goes back to sleep again, some times he would just wake up even in day time and night time. He could not be in a deep sleep like other babies does. Sir my main concern is his sleeping pattern. What should i do. i just never get enough sleep😩

sleeping pattern in small children changes from time to time but will improve with increasing age of the child 
you have to just see for any environmental factor which is affecting the sleep like temperature variations as well as the child might be having some digestion problem or breathing difficulty due to nasal blockage has to be looked into.
if the growth of the child is proper doc not worry much about the sleeping pattern of the child as it always improve with time
you can increase the physical activity during the daytime as well acs avoid more sleeping time during the day time and this will help in improving the night time sleeping time

Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
