sir, my babies is completed 9 months, I have twin babies, 1 baby weight 9.500 kg, another baby weight 7.850kg, and also very lean, now I giving lactodex formula milk , can I start to give cow milk to babies to gain weight , and please suggest weight gain.foods,

Cow milk is not recommended for the babies below one year.
Weight of ur baby is fine as per the age. So no need to worry.
Include ghee, dry fruits powder, Banana, potatoes, rice, avocado, ragi, paneer etc in ur baby's diet for weight gain
