sir meri baby ka weight nai bad raha he uske age mutabik to kya krna chahiye ?

A. Dear parent, for healthy weight gain of your child, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Around 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese: You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add dry fruits like almonds to baby’s food. Add ghee to baby’s food. Continue to breastfeed till 2 years.
