Sir kindly suggest me how to gain weight of my baby ,age old 3 months

A. hi as of now baby is on breastfeeding so mother should have good proteins like dals eggs chicken paneer soya curds tofu have a variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well have shatavari powder in milk stay safe
