Q.

Sir, I'm a mom of 10 month old baby. my son is having vomitting from yesterday night. he vomitted 4-5 times yesterday night and today everytime I had tried to feed him fluid or solid; he is vomitting. and also by 3:00am morning he got fever. I had given him pcm syrup twice till now. he has 100.3 fever. kindly help

A. It seems some infection, good to continue pcm drops as advice n Details of clinical examination and associated symptoms are required, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
